Key Responsibilities 1. Loan Origination and Sales – Identify and acquire new clients through field activities, referrals, and branch walk-ins – Promote loan products and explain terms clearly to prospective customers – Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement targets 2. Client Assessment and Credit Analysis – Conduct client screening and affordability assessments – Collect and verify required documentation – Perform field visits for client verification where necessary – Ensure all applications meet credit policy and risk standards 3. Loan Processing and Disbursement – Prepare and submit complete loan applications for approval – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing – Ensure proper documentation before disbursement 4. Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients – Provide after-sales support and handle client inquiries – Encourage repeat business and client referrals 5. Compliance and Reporting – Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements – Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records – Submit daily and weekly performance reports to the supervisor Requirements – Strong sales and negotiation skills – 0-1 years of experience – Basic credit analysis and risk assessment ability – Good communication and interpersonal skills – High level of integrity and professionalism – Ability to work under pressure and meet targets – Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office)
