A Mobile Money point installed at Atrokpocodji (Seminar) at Cotonou, recruits two young girls to hold his cash transfer counter, phone credit sales and mobile money operations. Two distinct needs are to be covered: a profile present throughout the week and a second profile mobilized only on Sundays. The challenge of the position is clear: to ensure a fast, accurate and courteous service to a neighborhood clientele who entrusts sometimes large amounts.
On a daily basis, the person keeps the cash register and records transactions, executes deposits, withdrawals and transfers, sells credit and returns currency with rigor. It welcomes customers, explains fees and deadlines, checks numbers and amounts before validation, then closes its day with a cash reconciliation. The punctuality, the cleanliness of the counter and the discretion on the operations of the customers are an integral part of the service rendered.
The profile sought is that of a presentable girl, comfortable with numbers and the phone, able to keep calm during peak hours. A first experience in Mobile Money, cash or sale is a great asset; otherwise, a quick grip is provided on site. Proficiency in French and local languages facilitates exchanges with the neighbourhood’s clientele.
Conditions: CDI for the position of the week, Sunday commitment only for the second profile. The remuneration is to be discussed according to the profile and attendance, with schedules aligned with the opening of the point of sale.

•Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
•Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
•Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
•Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
•Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
•A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
