Responsibilities Home and experience Families: Ensuring an excellent physical and telephone reception, warm and caring Introduce families to the institution, its vision, its French/IB educational program and its infrastructures Loyalty & Satisfaction analysis: Conducting regular follow-up calls and administering satisfaction surveys with parents Quickly open up complaints or requests for information from families Contribute to the retention and recruitment strategy of students in collaboration with the Adoration team registration and follow-up of extra-curricular activities via the Eduka application Researched profileCompétences & Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of empathy, active listening and impeccable presentation Excellent command of French (oral and written); fluency in English is a real asset Mastering basic computer tools (Pack Office / Google Drive, Eduka)Experience: First successful experience in customer service, premium reception or within a school.
