En tant que Chargé RH en RDC, tu seras le pivot entre les équipes terrain et la direction. Tes journées alterneront entre recrutement de profils locaux, gestion administrative des contrats et résolution de conflits quotidiens. Attends-toi à naviguer dans un environnement où la législation du travail congolaise exige rigueur et adaptabilité, surtout si l’entreprise opère dans des zones reculées.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise du Code du travail congolais (notamment les conventions collectives sectorielles)
- Capacité à recruter via des canaux locaux (réseaux communautaires, radios rurales)
- Gestion de paie sous INSS (Institut National de Sécurité Sociale) et outils comme Sage ou Excel avancé
- Aisance avec les enjeux de mobilité interne et de rétention dans un contexte de pénurie de talents.
