Organization: CAUSE Canada Sierra Leone Partnership Project: Community Empowerment for Women, Girls and Persons with Disabilities Location: Tonkoili or Koinadugu District Reports to: Program Manager Employment type: Dec 1 2026 to March 31 2027 with possibility of extension for the duration of the project Project period: October 2026 to September 2029 The Social Worker will support the safety, dignity, inclusion, and participation of women, girls, and other persons with disabilities in targeted rural communities. The role will provide participant-centred case support, conduct household and community outreach, and work with project staff, Champions, families, and local service providers to address protection and social inclusion barriers.
