Job Type: Full-Time / Entry Level Key Responsibilities – Follow up on customer orders and monitor order progress to ensure timely delivery. – Communicate and coordinate with the production, warehouse, logistics, and sales departments to track and update order status. – Liaise directly with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and related inquiries. – Proactively identify potential order delays or delivery bottlenecks and report them promptly to the supervisor. – Handle additional administrative and operational tasks assigned by management. Requirements & Qualifications – Fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Logistics, or a related field. – Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. – Active, patient, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up abilities. – Good organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously under pressure. – Full professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). – Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, and office software. – Professional demeanor and smart appearance.
