Requirements – Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. – Minimum of one (1) year of relevant working experience in accounting. – Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. – Experience using accounting software is an added advantage. – Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. – Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. – High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. – Good communication and organizational skills. – Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities – Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records. – Record and process daily financial transactions. – Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents. – Perform bank and account reconciliations. – Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable. – Assist in preparing monthly and periodic financial reports. – Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents. – Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
