Key Responsibilities 1. Customs Cost Auditing: Review and audit daily customs clearance costs, including invoices submitted by suppliers and customs agents, to ensure accuracy and reasonableness. 2. Cost Verification: Verify customs charges against company-approved cost standards and identify excessive, duplicated, or unusual charges. 3. Cost Submission: Prepare, organize, and submit verified customs cost applications accurately and within the required timelines. 4. Discrepancy Management: Liaise with relevant departments and customs agents to investigate and resolve cost discrepancies and irregularities. 5. Cost Documentation: Maintain accurate daily cost records, invoices, and supporting documents to ensure proper filing and traceability. 6. Cost Optimization: Analyze daily customs-related expenses and recommend appropriate measures to improve cost efficiency and control. Requirements and Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field. – 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in customs fee auditing, international logistics, freight forwarding, or import and export cost management. – Knowledge of customs clearance procedures, customs charges, and related cost structures. – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. – Strong analytical, numerical, and data verification skills. – Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify cost discrepancies. – Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. – Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take accountability for assigned responsibilities.
