Responsibilities
Support coordination in the planning, management and monitoring of primary health care activities Provide local support to Area Executive Teams (ECZ) and Health Care Establishments (HSEs) through skills transfer and coaching Participate in the planning and implementation of the medical activities of the project Ensure communication between medical staff, local/international partners and health authorities Contribute to the management of medical supplies, data collection and analysis to measure impact
Education / Qualifications
Train and participate in training local medical staff and community outreach Ensure compliance with medical protocols and ethical standards in all project activities
Candidate profile
Graduate, Bachelor or Master degree in Nursing, Public Health or similar field Minimum 5 years of supervision of healthcare facilities (ESS), health centers in a health zone in DRC Good control of the functioning, policies and practices of the sector in DRC
Required skills
Excellent coordination skills in multidisciplinary teams and communication Fluency in French and English (local languages as an asset), with basic computer skills
Main duties
Valid driving licence and ability to drive a motorcycle, essential for field missions Proficiency in the local language and area of intervention is mandatory Our offer: Start: 01 December 2026
