Senior Animator (2D & 3D) required in Johannesburg.

Seeking a Senior Animator (2D & 3D) with 6-8 years experience in East Rand (Gauteng). Full-Time (Office Based).

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop 2D/3D characters, assets, and environments using software like Maya, Blender, or After Effects.

Translate scripts and creative briefs into visual storyboards and animatics.

Define timing, pacing, and movement to ensure realistic or stylised motion.

Produce high-quality, final animation assets within established production timelines.

Listening to feedback and altering animations to better suit client needs.

Researching industry trends and developments and learning new applications.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or certificate in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, or related field.

Ability to work independently or with a team to develop animations and solve problems.

A strong portfolio demonstrating animation capability.
