Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes Maintain exceptional food standards and presentation at all times Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are consistently upheld Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage Train and support junior kitchen staff where required

Expérience

Contribute creative ideas towards menus and guest dining experiences

Previous experience as a Senior CDP or similar role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or fine dining environment
