Job Summary

This is a strategic executive position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the macro-architecture of the supply chain balancing huge inventory assets, multi-site logistics, and long-term technological integration. Oversees the entire logistics lifecycle from receiving bulk shipments to final-mile dispatch. You will be responsible for maintaining a "zero-error" environment, ensuring that every product is stored under perfect conditions and tracked with total precision in the ERP system. Responsible for the end-to-end integrity of the supply chain, this includes overseeing receipt, storage, and dispatch, while ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Act as the super-user for Ecount ERP, ensuring all stock movements (receipts, transfers, adjustments) are captured in real-time.

Implement advanced forecasting to prevent stock-outs while minimizing "dead" capital held in overstock.

Lead monthly full-stock audits and investigate any discrepancy greater than 0.1% with formal root-cause analysis.

Write and update Standard Operating Procedures for all warehouse functions, ensuring they reflect current "Good Distribution Practices" (GDP).

Set the high-level logic for safety stocks, reorder points, and SKU rationalization to maximize cash flow without compromising service levels.

Develop robust business continuity plans (BCP) for supply chain disruptions and ensure comprehensive insurance coverage for all stored assets.
