Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse operations? Join our team as a Warehouse Assistant Manager and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer and supplier orders efficiently
  • Prepare invoices and delivery documentation
  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
  • Use Excel and ERP software for warehouse records and operations
  • Support the Warehouse Manager in supervising staff and operations

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement or any related field

  • Proven 4-5 years experience in warehouse/store management
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using ERP or warehouse management software

Good communication and leadership skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
