Localisation
Objet: Recrutement d’un Project Finance Officer H/F pour le projet P11177-SIMAMENI TWENDE (BMZ/TDA) à Bukavu ou Goma. Type de Contrat: CDD (6 mois)
Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Être titulaire au minimum d’un Diplôme de Licence (Bac+3) en comptabilité, finance, gestion, économie, administration ou domaine similaire.
- Une formation complémentaire en gestion financière des ONG constitue un atout. Compétences techniques :
- Bonne connaissance des principes comptables et financiers.
- Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et Word.
- Capacité à utiliser un logiciel comptable ; la connaissance de Sage 100 Comptabilité constitue un atout.
- Bonne maîtrise de QuickBooks ou logiciel similaire.
- Bonne capacité d’analyse financière et de suivi budgétaire.
- Connaissance des procédures de gestion financière des ONG et des exigences des bailleurs.
- Bonne capacité de classement et d’archivage des documents. Compétences personnelles :
- Intégrité et honnêteté.
- Rigueur et sens de l’organisation.
- Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité.
Responsabilités
- Esprit d’équipe et sens des responsabilités.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et dans un environnement exigeant.
- Respect des délais et esprit d’analyse.
- Bonne communication interpersonnelle.
Expérience
- Avoir au moins deux (2) années d’expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire.
- Une expérience dans une ONG, une organisation humanitaire ou un projet financé par des bailleurs constitue un avantage. Instructions
