Activity 2.1 Optimization and relaunch of the Faarlu Liguey EIG as a place of excellence for production, marketing and support to food producers. Activity 2.2 Granting of funds and technical support for the scale up of existing companies or the development of food businesses. He/she works under the direct coordination of the Project Manager and in collaboration with project partners, including international partner Ingegneria Senza Frontiere – Milano (ISF-MI). Tasks He/she is directly responsible for all accounting, economic, tax or formalization aspects in the different coaching courses designed by ISF-MI; He/she supports the Junior Rural Facilitator in structuring the beneficiaries’ investment plans; He/she supports the accounting, tax and financial structuring of GIE Faarlu Liguey as part of its recovery (cost and income structure, financial projections, legal form). Job conditions Job Type: Service Delivery / Independent Consulting Fees: 25,000 gross per day (BRS 5% to be deducted) Contract duration: 12 months (renewable) Location: Kaffrine, Senegal with frequent trips to the villages of Bao Bolong Valley (travel costs and meals at the expense of the consultant) Desired start date: November 2026
Candidate profile
Education / Qualifications
Holder of a Bac+3 or higher level in Economics and Management or in Management Sciences and Techniques (accounting, control, audit), or holder of the DECOGEF (Diplôme d’Études de Comptabilité et de Gestion Financière), or equivalent degree;
Experience
Proof of at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a public accounting firm; Mastering the steps for the formalization of companies and, in general, the Senegalese socio-economic and entrepreneurial context;
Other information
With a good command of the main IT tools (email, video conferencing applications, Microsoft Office software, etc.) Available, flexible, with a good sense of listening and strong relational and analytical skills; Perfect mastery of French and Wolof.
