Site Manager - Machinery and Heavy Goods Vehicles

At MATERAUTO, the Equipment Site Manager is not just a workshop supervisor: he/she is the guarantor of the performance, profitability and image of the site, from the daily management of the workshops to the final satisfaction of the customer. Your objective: to structure and manage the entire activity of the material site (vehicle fleet and heavy goods vehicles, mechanical workshop, Diesel Center), for a profitable, organized and exemplary site.

Main duties

Ensure the operational performance, profitability and overall organization of the site; Provide full technical and administrative monitoring of the fleet of new and used machinery and heavy goods vehicles; Manage the mechanical workshop and Diesel Center following internal procedures (plannings, repair orders, quality control); Supervise the preparation and compliance of materials before delivery, and the rehabilitation of second-hand materials; Manage and federate the technical team; Strictly enforce health, safety and environmental (HSE) rules; Ensure a commercial relay to customers in the absence of authorized sales representatives, and deal with technical disputes and warranty files; Participate in audit actions and apply corrective action plans; Contribute to customer satisfaction in accordance with ISO 9001.

Candidate profile

Bac+4/5 in Management, Trade, Technical or equivalent;

Experience

Proven experience in the operational management of a profit center (workshop, equipment park or after-sales); Good knowledge of the environment of industrial vehicles and construction equipment;

Proficiency in office computing (Word, Excel...); Excellent level of French and a good level of English would be an asset.
