Treasurer (era)

The Treasurer is in charge of the company’s liquidity on a daily basis, controlling the company’s cash inflows and outflows by monitoring the coverage of financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Entering the parts of the cases: Impute all the parts of the case; Record all cash in the appropriate accounting journals; Check and control the entries with cash mists under cover of the Chief Accountant; Perform the filing and archiving of all cashier parts.

Other information

• Maintaining the main cashier: Ensure daily management of the cashier, supplies and outflows (cash advances, cash settlements, cheques); Ensure weekly reporting on cash movements; Make the orders of the caisse daily under the control of the chief accountant; Carry out bank reconciliation at least twice a month; Ensure that the supporting documents correspond to the amounts disbursed (outsourced funds); Follow payment policies and procedures a liquidity threshold so that the balance is redistributed or placed, and avoid excessive use of cash; Check bank charges and agios; Ensuring the proper use of internet banking; Ensure the proper preservation of bank statements; Ensure that the cheque is written in the name shown on the invoice or contract; Participate at the end of the year in the assessment of the net cash position and the net debt position; Perform any other duties related to his or her duties that the line manager may assign to him or her; Follow the cash flow plan, develop and analyze reports.

Candidate profile

Education / Qualifications

• Vocational training: BAC + 5 in Accounting, Finance or Management.

Experience

• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Special knowledge: Finance, Accounting and mastery of the IT tool (Excel wise accountant and others according to the needs of the company); Animation, knowledge of theories of motivation, the role of a manager and a leader, tax legislation in force, have basic concepts in Tax Law, Business Law and Social Law.
• Mastery of the general accounting plan.
• Specific skills: Ability to detect anomalies on scales, conduct equipment audits, facilitate service meetings, set objectives for results, progress and training, make sense of actions, monitor and value the results; Know how to encourage, congratulate, reframe, enforce the rules and define priorities.
