Main duties
Under the supervision of the ORADYS RESIDENCE Administrator and its management team, Maintenance Officers are responsible for:

- Assurer la propreté quotidienne des appartements, des bureaux et des espaces communs En exécutant les tâches suivantes, conformément aux calendriers et procédures établis : Nettoyer et laver les sols et les vitres ; Dépoussiérer le mobilier ; Trier les différents déchets ; Vider les corbeilles à papier et les poubelles ; Nettoyer les sanitaires ; Aérer les locaux et les dépolluer ; Nettoyer les espaces extérieurs privatifs ;

- Exécuter toutes autres tâches assignées par l’équipe de gestion dans le cadre du travail Qualités et compétences Aisance dans l’application des techniques et l’utilisation des produits et matériel de nettoyage professionnel ; Habileté à choisir de manière judicieuse les produits et leur dosage en fonction des surfaces à traiter ; Connaissance et application des règles d’hygiène, de sûreté et de sécurité ; Bonne condition physique ; Sens de l’organisation ; Notions de premiers secours et d’utilisation des extincteurs ; Rapidité et qualité d’exécution ; Esprit d’équipe, qualités relationnelles (discrétion, honnêteté, amabilité) ; Être rigoureux, organisé et méthodique, disponible ; Capacité d’adaptation aux différentes situations de travail et à des changements de rythme récurrents.
