Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou équivalent international en société civile, communication et marketing social, développement économique, éducation, environnement, égalité des sexes, santé, nutrition, recherche, technologie et jeunesse, ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Une certification en gestion de projet (PM) sera un atout. Compétences techniques :
- Connaissances approfondies des concepts et des pratiques de gestion de projet.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Capacité à analyser et à interpréter des données, à identifier des erreurs et à rédiger des rapports.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Skype, Zoom et Microsoft Teams. Compétences personnelles :
- Excellentes compétences avérées en gestion de projet.
Autres informations
Capacité à influencer les autres et à collaborer avec eux.
Maitrise du français et de l’anglais (la connaissance des langues locales constitue un atout).
Flexibilité et disponibilité pour effectuer des missions et des déplacements sur le terrain (10% – 25% du temps).
Expérience
- Au moins 07 à 09 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine des principes et pratiques de gestion de projets.
- Expérience professionnelle antérieure au sein d’une organisation non gouvernementale (ONG), d’une administration publique ou d’une entreprise privée. Instructions
