Contract: CDD | Location: Conakry, Guinea | Experience: 2 to 5 years | Training: BTS / DUT | Deadline 2026-11-13 Job description Control the packaging line in PET format (blowing, filling, capping, labelling, palletizing) guaranteeing production objectives (TRG, cadence, volumes), the quality of the finished product and the safety of people and equipment, in compliance with SOBRAGUI and Castel Group standards.

Main duties

Control and coordinate the steps of the PET line: blowing preforms, rinsing, filling, capping, labelling, waxing and palletizing.

• Manage format changes (preforms, molds, collars, fill levels).
• Analyze performance gaps (TRG/TRS) and propose corrective actions.
• Detect and treat quality drifts: bottle geometric defects, leaks, poor capping, underfilling.
• Ensure quality controls online: bottle appearance, capsule torque, net volume, CO2.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, NEP/CIP protocols and food hygiene rules.
• Supervise preventive level 1 maintenance and trigger corrective actions via CMMS.
• Coaching, training and evaluation of line drivers and PET operators.
• Organize schedules, distribute positions and manage production hazards in real time.
• Inform production reports and ensure inter-team assignments.
• Participate in Lean / 5S / SMED approaches and material loss reduction actions.
• Ensure compliance with OHS guidelines and promote OHS culture.
• Ensure compliance with the code of conduct, ethics, compliance and quality management system.

Other information

• Ensure any other task or mission deemed useful by the hierarchy to ensure the continuity and proper functioning of activities.
