POSTE 1: INFIRMIER (M/F)

Location

Location: Mountain University Clinics (Bangangté – Banekane) Type of contract: Indefinite Contract Hierarchical supervisors: General Administrator, Medical Director, Head of Service, Care Coordinator

Main duties

Implement the nursing role (autonomous and delegated) of a preventive and curative nature to promote, maintain and restore health; Contribute to health education, supporting individuals or groups with their care pathways; Carry out preventive, curative, rehabilitative and promotional nursing; Analyze care situations. Profile required

Education / Qualifications

Academic Level: Have a baccalaureate level+3 years of study in Nursing or any degree deemed equivalent.

Experience

Experience required: At least one (01) year in a similar position. Required skills Know-how: Welcome patients, register them and ensure the execution of nursing care according to the schedule established for this purpose; Prepare and perform surgical care in collaboration with the physician; Participate in the rounds (nurse, medical); Preparing the operating room for interventions; Assist the surgeon in the operating room; Ensure the proper use of care equipment; Carry out the conditioning of the material to be sterilized; Ensure the supervision of trainees; Apply all control, hygiene and safety protocols;

Other information

Perform any other tasks that will be entrusted to him by his hierarchy. POSITION 2: NURSE/MIDWIFE (M/F)

Location: Mountain University Clinics (Bangangté – Banekane) Type of contract: Indefinite Contract Hierarchical supervisors: General Administrator, Medical Director, Head of the Gynecology-Obstetrics Clinical Unit, Care Coordinator Main duties Ensure the overall care, supervision and support of pregnant women during prenatal consultations, labour, childbirth and postpartum; Carry out eutocic deliveries in strict compliance with hygiene, safety and medical protocols; Provide emergency first aid to the newborn, participate in neonatal care and promote breastfeeding; Ensure that patient medical records are kept strictly and confidentially, and record all activities in the department’s records; Participate in outreach, health education and family planning activities with patients and families. Profile required Academic Level: Have a Bac+3 years of studies in Reproductive Health or any degree deemed equivalent. Experience: At least one (01) year in a similar position. Required skills Know-how: Strong skills in basic neonatal resuscitation and management of common obstetric emergencies; Demonstrate empathy, professional rigour, punctuality, and availability. Ability to work in a team and under pressure, ability to adapt to technological evolution, courtesy and tact, methodical spirit, precision and meticulousness, sense of observation, technical sense.
