Responsibilities

the TPE Team, the Trainer-Accompanist will be under the responsibility of Director of the CED Centre Yaoundé and the MBOA Project Manager and will be responsible for: 1/ To train them Entrepreneurs benefiting from the different TPE service offers: Prospect and select entrepreneurs, beneficiaries on all service offerings; Organize and facilitate training sessions in management, management, marketing and finance; Contribute to the development of training content and materials according to CED’s competency approach. 2/ Accompany entrepreneurs in management: Ensure follow-up visits and support for porters of beneficiary projects and entrepreneurs on the ground; Establish an initial diagnosis, set business objectives, develop and follow an action plan with the contractor, in consultation with the team project; Support the entrepreneur in the implementation and use of tools management. 3/ Participate in Development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem: Contribute to the organization of the activities of the Entrepreneurs Club; Participate in external events/fairs as part of the prospecting activities.

Candidate profile

Training: Bac level training+4/5

Experience

with significant professional experience in accounting management, analysis financial, project management and ideally training or animation of Conference (adapted to the general public). Skills and qualities Expected: Ability to read and analyze financial data of small and medium-sized enterprises Mastery of the main tools for managing a VSE/SME; Proficiency in formulating and implementing strategies organisational arrangements for VSEs/SMEs; Good knowledge of the main issues of VSEs/SMEs; Capabilities animation and good oral expression; Rigor, autonomy, sense of organization, spirit of initiative, strength proposal; Ability to adapt, organize and manage human relations; Good knowledge of the Office Pack IT tool (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good writing ability; Strong attraction for fieldwork; Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international team; Strong interest in the field of entrepreneurship.
