Customer Relationship Operation Independently: develop and maintain West African local financial industry key clients (commercial banks, central bank branches, insurance institutions, financial technology enterprises); build multi-level long-term strategic customer relations with decisionmakers, IT directors and financial business management departments. 2. Full-cycle Project Management Actas the primary customer contact, take charge of end-to-end sales closed loop: opportunity mining, demand research, solution docking, bidding negotiation, contract signing, project delivery coordination and customer payment collection; follow Huawei LTC sales management process. 3. Industry Business Expansion Promote Huawei financial industry ICT products, including financial cloud, data center, network transmission, core banking system reconstruction, security and compliance, intelligent operation solutions; achieve regional annual sales and market share KPIs. 4. Cross-team Coordination (Iron Triangle) Coordinate local Huawei pre-sales solution team, delivery team, finance and compliance team; initiate internal resource support, resolve project delivery, technical approval and payment obstacles. 5. Competitor & Market Analysis Tracklocal West African financial digital transformation policies, peer vendor (ZTE, Cisco) commercial strategies and client demands; formulate differentiated regional sales expansion strategies. 6. Ecological Partner Management Developand manage local system integrators and financial channel partners in West Africa; complete joint customer development and project delivery with local partners. 7. Compliance & Risk Control Strictlyimplement Huawei global business compliance policy and West African local financial regulatory laws; complete customer credit risk identification and project business risk early warning. Work Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Computer, Information Technology preferred; 2+ years local West African financial industry customer development / B 2 B large account sales experience; have existing resources of West African local bank, financial institution decision-making circle is a core advantage; Language: Fluent English+ Local mainstream regional language; oral and written business communication proficient; able to attend high-level customer business negotiations independently; Familiar with local financial supervision system, bank organizational structure and procurement bidding rules in West Africa; Strong Goal Orientation & Anti-pressure: Adapt to high-pressure performance assessment of Huawei sales post; active in market expansion, not afraid of customer rejection and project setbacks; strong executive ability to complete scheduled KPIs; Self-driven & Proactive No passive work arrangement; independently plan customer visiting schedule, take the initiative to explore high-value financial business opportunities; Business Image & Professionalism Steady business temperament, standard senior business reception etiquette, suitable for long-term docking with financial institution senior management.
