Deliver Excellence Sector: Transport, Logistics & Container Depot Operations Job Descriptions: Oversee daily depot operations, including container receiving, inspection, storage, maintenance, and release, ensuring efficient and timely turnaround. Develop and implement operational and commercial strategies to expand the customer base, strengthen relationships with shipping lines and logistics partners, and drive business growth. Manage depot budgets, control operating expenses, monitor revenue collection, and ensure profitability through effective financial planning and reporting. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, port authority requirements, environmental standards, and Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) policies. Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team, establish performance targets, and promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage. Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in container depot management, shipping, port operations, or logistics, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of depot operations, container logistics, port procedures, and depot management systems or ERP solutions. Good financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, revenue monitoring, and performance reporting. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, analytical, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills
