Project manager and digital coordination

As part of the preparation of its launch, we are looking for an organized person, autonomous, rigorous and force of proposal to support the management in the coordination of the project and the implementation of the different activities of the company. Above all, we are looking for a person who can transform the objectives defined by management into concrete actions, anticipate needs and move the issues forward until they are achieved.

Main duties

Overall project coordination

• Organize and follow the different stages of preparation for the launch of our company
• Develop an operational plan and follow up on deadlines.
• Identify priorities, delays and possible blockages.
• Coordinate exchanges between management, providers and various stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports and follow-up tables.
• Propose concrete solutions to accelerate the progress of the project. Administrative and organizational preparation
• Identify the administrative documents necessary for the operation of the company.
• Organize the classification and follow-up of files.
• Coordinate the preparation of contracts with competent legal interlocutors.
• Follow up on administrative procedures and deadlines.
• Participate in the implementation of internal procedures.

Education / Qualifications

• Centralize the information and ensure that each case is followed up until its completion.

Other information

• Coordinate exchanges with lawyers, lawyers, accountants and other professionals.
• Follow the progress of the files and report the steps remaining to be carried out.
• Participate in the identification of obligations applicable to the business activity of the company in Senegal, soliciting competent professionals when necessary.
• Ensure operational coordination with the development provider.
• Track deliverables, deadlines and validation steps.
• Centralize the needs, feedback and anomalies reported by the team.
• Organize the monitoring of tests and corrections.
• Inform management of progress and possible delays.
• Contribute to the preparation of customer service procedures.
• Participate in the organization of claims and incidents processing. Reporting and management follow-up
• Set up a project monitoring dashboard.
• Present a weekly progress point to management.
• Track expenses and operational requirements in relation to those responsible.
• Quickly alert the management in case of difficulty or delay.
• Propose improvements to optimize the organization and efficiency of the company. We are looking for someone who has:
• A training in project management, business management, management, administration or equivalent field.

Experience

• Professional experience in project management, operational coordination or corporate organization.
• A good ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Excellent organization and administrative rigor.
• A good command of office tools and tracking tables.
• Fluency in written and oral communication.
• An ability to work with different interlocutors and providers. Experience in a startup, service company, digital platform or business launch project would be particularly appreciated.

Candidate profile

Salary: 250,000 fcfa salary evolving according to profile and experience.
