- Demonstrated experience in monitoring poliomyelitis (PFA, active case finding).
- Experience in supporting provincial teams, health zones and community actors. Technical skills:
- Mastery of data collection and analysis tools (Excel, digital monitoring tools).
- Knowledge of procedures for collecting, storing and transporting PFA samples.
- Experience working with the ENP, GPEI, WHO or UNICEF. Personal skills:
- Proven coaching skills, formative supervision and transfer of skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination and technical reporting skills.
- Fluency in French (knowledge of local languages is an asset).
- Availability for field trips.
