IT Project Manager -ref:gh-sf-si-04

• Plan, organize and coordinate the different phases of the project, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Establish a budget and track project expenses.
• Define project objectives in terms of time, cost, quality and performance.

Main duties

• Lead and supervise project team members, assigning them specific tasks and ensuring that they have the necessary resources to carry out their missions.

Education / Qualifications

• Ensure communication and coordination between the different actors of the project, ensuring that information is transmitted in a clear and effective manner.
• Identify and anticipate risks and put in place appropriate mitigation plans.
• Regularly monitor project progress, using project management tools and producing progress reports.
• Ensure project deliverables meet initial specifications and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct a post-project evaluation to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
• Manage and allocate the necessary resources (staff, budgets, equipment) to ensure the successful execution of the project.
• Monitor and control project expenditures in accordance with the allocated budget, identifying variances and taking corrective action if necessary.
• Prepare and provide regular reports on the progress of the project, identified risks and actions taken.
• Manage the inevitable changes that occur during the project by assessing their impact, obtaining the necessary approvals and adjusting plans accordingly.
• Lead the formal closing of the project by ensuring that all deliverables have been completed, stakeholders satisfied and lessons learned documented.
