As part of the development of its activities, the residence Loumia Premium, having within it a high-end institute located in the prestigious district of Bastos, recruits a passionate, dynamic Senior Spa Manager / Esthetician with a strong sense of leadership.

Main duties

Under the direct supervision of the General Management, you guarantee the quality of services, the excellence of the customer experience and the operational smooth running of the spa. Your missions are structured around four major axes:

1. Team Management & Operational Coordination Coach, motivate and supervise the team of beauticians and practitioners. Develop work schedules, organize the rotation of cabins and make appointments. Train the teams in the care protocols of the establishment and ensure strict compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Monitor individual and collective performance objectives.

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of successful experience in institute or spa, including at least 1 to 2 years in a coordinating role, team responsibility or wellness space management. Technical skills: Proven mastery of body/face care protocols, modern nailry and cash/planning management tools. Professional & Human Qualities: Natural leadership, organizational rigor and a sense of priority. Excellent presentation, refinement, discretion and a keen sense of luxury service.
