Junior Industrial Maintenance Engineer (M/F)

Job description POTENTIAL INNOV RH is looking for a Junior Industrial Maintenance Engineer (M/F) on behalf of one of its clients active in the industrial sector. Job overview: As part of the Maintenance Manager, the Junior Industrial Maintenance Engineer contributes to the development and improvement of preventive and curative maintenance plans, in order to maximize the availability, reliability and performance of plant equipment and facilities. It plays a key role in continuously improving maintenance procedures and reducing operating expenses, in collaboration with technical teams and management. Upon integration, he leads a strategic technical project aimed at optimizing certain key performance indicators (KPIs), thus directly contributing to industrial performance objectives. Its main activities will consist of:

• Participate in the development, implementation and updating of preventive equipment maintenance plans and standards;
• Perform diagnostics, repair, adjust and maintain production equipment, machinery or instruments;
• Contribute to the definition of curative interventions priorities and coordination of maintenance work;
• Propose and implement technical improvements on equipment to optimize performance and intervention methods;
• Maintaining technical documentation and participating in the installation of new machines and mechanical kits;
• Participate in the development of the plant maintenance budget and the optimization of external orders;
• Contribute to the management of spare parts: identification of needs, follow-up of orders, optimization of consumption;
• Monitoring the interventions of external suppliers and service providers;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement process and reduce any type of waste;
• Participate in the various audits and ensure reporting to its hierarchy on critical issues;
• Monitor maintenance performance indicators and propose action plans;
• Ensure optimal safety conditions and ensure compliance of interventions with regulations and standards Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE).

Candidate profile

Education / Qualifications

? Bac+4/5 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance or any other equivalent degree.

Experience

? Minimum 02 years of experience in Mechanics, Electromechanics or Maintenance in the Industrial sector. ? Language: Fluency in English will be an asset for this position. Skills and qualities:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD software (2D / 3D);
• Notions in CMMS;
• Knowledge of problem solving and continuous improvement tools;
• Knowledge of maintenance concepts, process and associated tools;
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
• Team spirit;

• Good managerial skills;
• The spirit of analysis and synthesis;
• High organizational capacity;
