Qualifications and Requirements A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role Comfort working across both Linux and Windows. Solid knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with system monitoring, backups, antivirus, and security tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical issues in plain language. The ability to work independently, juggle several support requests, and still meet deadlines.
