Candidate profile
You have at least 5 years of rural field experience in West Africa in the area of participatory assessments, ideally with Tostan PRCC or a similar methodology. You also have experience in evaluating community committees and their financial mechanisms. You master the digital tools for data collection and report writing, as well as a local language of the region (wolof, pulaar, mandinka or serere), with a working knowledge of French and/or English.
Conditions
This is a 2-month, full-time consulting mission in the field, paid in three installments based on deliverables. The most successful consultants can then be considered for a coach position.
