MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
Capital assets and amortization: imputation, entry, management of the tracking file; Cash: imputation and seizure of operations related to the headquarters fund, the operations of the head office-agency liaison account and the head office-HR account; Bank: registration of operations related to the headquarters bank; Payroll: imputation and entry of advances on missions, expense reports and reconciliation between data received from the HR department and monthly entries; Suppliers:receipt of invoices, recording of accounting transactions; Provisions: Reprocessing and recording of provisions on doubtful accounts in compliance with the standards defined by CEMAC; Monitoring and updating of charges payable and prepaid expenses (CCA); Tax declarations: Reconstitution of turnover; Calculation of the VAT to be declared; Preparation of the tax return; Record corrective entries; Accounting treatment of loan guarantees.
