SASA B2E recherche un Accountant. Le titulaire du poste assure l'enregistrement fiable, exhaustif et traçable des opérations comptables de l'entreprise. Il ou elle contribue à la qualité de l'information financière, au respect des obligations légales, fiscales et sociales, ainsi qu'à la préparation des clôtures et des états financiers.
Le poste s'exerce en étroite coordination avec le Senior Accountant et le Chef Comptable afin de sécuriser les opérations liées aux fournisseurs, aux importations, aux immobilisations, aux stocks et aux dépenses de projet. Dans le contexte de la transition prochaine vers la production, le titulaire appuie la mise en place de processus comptables robustes, l'amélioration du contrôle interne et la disponibilité d'informations fiables pour les décisions opérationnelles et de gestion.
Responsabilités principales
Comptabilité générale. Enregistrer, contrôler et classer les opérations comptables quotidiennes, y compris les opérations diverses, les écritures de provisions, les reprises et les ajustements nécessaires.
Charges récurrentes et gestion des abonnements. Créer et suivre les dossiers d'abonnement, enregistrer les charges récurrentes et assurer un classement rigoureux des pièces justificatives.
Comptabilité fournisseurs et frais généraux. Contrôler, imputer et enregistrer les factures locales et étrangères sur la base des pièces justificatives : bons de commande, bons de livraison, réceptions.
