Main duties

As part of implementing its strategy 2027-2030The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) République Central African Republic is operating in an environment marked by a reduction in humanitarian funding, a gradual reorganization of its operational footprint as well as the transition to an integrated management model between the missions of Cameroon and South Africa. Bouar and the other for Paoua. The HR Officer is responsible for coordinating human resources in line with national regulations and NRC policies. NB: These positions are reserved for candidates of Central African nationality and foreign candidates with the legal right to work in République Central African Republic.
