Premium Human Resources Solution recrute, pour le compte de son client, une grande institution bancaire, un Direct Sales Agent (DSA) à Kano, au Nigeria. Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein, rattaché au secteur bancaire.
Le titulaire du poste assurera la commercialisation des produits et services bancaires de détail. À ce titre, il sera chargé de la collecte des recettes (check pickups), de la préparation des notes d'appel et de l'établissement de listes de marchés cibles. Il répondra aux demandes des clients concernant les activités du Business Group et apportera son appui à la constitution des dossiers de demande de crédit.
Parmi ses responsabilités clés figurent l'identification et l'intégration de nouveaux clients et agents sur la plateforme bancaire, ainsi que la facilitation de l'ouverture de comptes avec la collecte des documents KYC (Know Your Customer) requis. Il devra promouvoir et vendre activement les produits financiers de l'entreprise, notamment les terminaux POS, les applications bancaires digitales et les plans d'épargne. Il entretiendra des relations solides avec les agents et clients existants afin de garantir une utilisation régulière de la plateforme, et devra atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs quotidiens et mensuels d'acquisition et de transaction.
Le candidat doit être titulaire d'un NCE, OND, HND ou BSc et justifier d'une expérience de 1 à 5 ans. Il ne doit pas avoir plus de 35 ans.
Rémunération et avantages
Le salaire mensuel prévu est compris entre N115 000 et N130 000, auquel s'ajoutent une HMO, une pension et d'autres avantages.
