Premium Human Resources Solution recrute, pour le compte de son client, une grande institution bancaire, des Direct Sales Agents (DSA) à Abuja (FCT), au Nigeria. Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein dans le domaine des ventes et du marketing.
Le titulaire du poste aura pour responsabilités de commercialiser les produits et services bancaires de détail, d'effectuer les encaissements (collecte de revenus), de préparer les notes d'appel et les listes de marchés cibles, de répondre aux demandes des clients concernant les activités du groupe d'affaires et d'apporter son assistance dans la constitution des dossiers de demande de prêt.
Les responsabilités clés incluent également l'intégration des clients : identifier et intégrer de nouveaux clients et agents sur la plateforme bancaire ; l'ouverture de comptes : faciliter l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes et veiller à la collecte des documents KYC (Know Your Customer) requis ; la promotion des produits : commercialiser et vendre activement les produits financiers de l'entreprise, notamment les terminaux POS, les applications bancaires numériques et les plans d'épargne ; la gestion de la relation client : entretenir des relations solides avec les agents et clients existants afin de garantir une utilisation régulière de la plateforme ; l'atteinte des objectifs : atteindre et dépasser les objectifs quotidiens et mensuels d'acquisition et de transactions.
Qualification : NCE, OND, HND ou licence. Âge : pas plus de 35 ans. Expérience : 1 à 5 ans d'expérience en marketing exigée.
Rémunération et avantages
Salaire mensuel attendu : 115 000 à 130 000 N, plus HMO, pension et autres avantages.
