Key Responsibilities: Assist with maintaining employee personnel files, records, and databases in accordance with company policy and statutory standards. Support end-to-end recruitment procedures including publishing advertisements, tracking applications, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation processes for new employees. Monitor staff attendance, leave administration, shift rosters, and timesheet records across toll plazas. Assist in managing routine employee inquiries, grievances, and workplace communication. Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and other documentation as directed by management. Requirements & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field. Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) with a valid practicing license. Minimum 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience in HR administration. Familiarity with Zambian Labour Laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
