On a daily basis, you will support Finance teams in the use of SAP FI/CO, analyze incidents and contribute to their resolution. You will also be involved in documenting processes and improving subsequent deployments based on feedback. In conjunction with the central project team and local teams, your main tasks will be: Provide level 1 functional support on SAP FI/CO, analyze incidents and forward to level 2 those that require additional intervention. Support Finance teams in the use of SAP, including general accounting, suppliers and customers, fixed assets and management control. Analyze the gaps between the group model and local processes, collect business needs and contribute to the configuration of the solution. Prepare and run tests, organize the recipe with key users and track the resolution of anomalies. Design training materials, train users and maintain functional documentation. Participate in data recovery, failover preparation and solution start-up in each country. Provide support after putting into production and transmit residual subjects to the team in charge of current support. Collect feedback to improve subsequent deployment waves. Bac training +4/5 in finance, accounting, IT management or equivalent, you have 2 to 7 years of experience in SAP FI/CO support, deployment or consulting. You master the main financial processes: general accounting, suppliers and clients, fixed assets, treasury and management control. You know the SAP setup and FI/CO interactions with MM and SD modules. Experience on SAP S/4HANA is highly desired; experience on SAP ECC is also appreciated. You have been involved in testing and user recipe phases, as well as training key or end users. Experience with P2P cycle digitization solutions and the notions of ABAP or debugging would be assets. Rigorous and pedagogue, you know how to analyze problems, work with teams from different countries and manage several priorities. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
