Wouri Digital Finance SA recrute un Operations Manager pour piloter au quotidien ses activites de mobile money et de paiement digital. Le poste est base a Douala et couvre l'ensemble des operations de l'entreprise au Cameroun.
Le titulaire du poste aura la charge de la performance du reseau d'agents, de la qualite de service et de la conformite reglementaire. Il ou elle devra superviser l'exploitation quotidienne des services de mobile money et de paiement, developper et animer le reseau d'agents en zones urbaines comme rurales, et veiller au respect de la reglementation financiere en vigueur.
La mission comprend egalement le suivi de la qualite de service, la resolution des incidents operationnels, ainsi que la gestion des partenariats avec les commercants et les operateurs de reseaux mobiles. Le candidat retenu encadrera, formera et fera monter en competences l'equipe des operations, tout en gerant le budget operationnel et la maitrise des couts.
