Fastest Cakes recrute un Internal Control and Inventory Officer pour rejoindre son équipe à Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT), dans le cadre d'un contrat à temps plein. Le poste est basé à Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT), avec un rythme de travail de 23 jours par mois.
Responsabilités
Vous enregistrez avec précision les valeurs de stock en temps réel et veillez à contrôler et maintenir un niveau d'inventaire adéquat. Vous supervisez l'agencement ordonné des marchandises et l'ensemble du déchargement des stocks effectué par les fournisseurs. Vous vérifiez l'exactitude des bons de commande fournis et créez les transferts de stock nécessaires lorsque la situation l'exige. Vous tenez des registres et une documentation rigoureuse, incluant les reçus et les factures. En collaboration avec les responsables des achats, vous participez à la préparation des bons de commande. Vous vous assurez également que chaque site de production ne manque jamais de stock.
Le candidat idéal est titulaire d'une licence dans un domaine pertinent et réside à proximité de Gwarinpa. Il fait preuve d'une grande attention aux détails et possède une solide connaissance des processus d'approvisionnement et de la gestion des stocks. La maîtrise de Microsoft Excel ou de Google Sheets est indispensable. Le poste requiert d'excellentes compétences en communication, en leadership et en travail d'équipe, ainsi que la capacité d'accomplir ses tâches avec diligence, notamment dans des situations stressantes. Le candidat doit pouvoir travailler certains dimanches et jours fériés, être présent au bureau 23 jours par mois et souhaiter s'engager sur le long terme avec l'entreprise.
