JOY Expertise recrute un(e) Assistant(e) Commercial(e) et Communication.
La personne recrutée assurera le suivi administratif et commercial des clients. Elle préparera les offres commerciales et en assurera le suivi. Elle gérera l'accueil téléphonique et la relation client, et participera à la prospection ainsi qu'au développement commercial.
Elle animera également les réseaux sociaux et mettra à jour les supports de communication. Elle contribuera à l'organisation d'événements, de campagnes et d'actions promotionnelles, et assurera le reporting des activités commerciales et de communication.
Atouts
Des connaissances en marketing digital sont appréciées, ainsi que la maîtrise des outils de création graphique tels que Canva, Photoshop ou un équivalent.
Expérience
Une expérience en gestion de la relation client est attendue.
