Localisation
Objet: Recrutement d’un Responsable Paie pour le compte d’un client opérant dans le secteur minier, du génie civil et de la construction. Type de Contrat:
Qualifications requises : Diplôme en Ressources Humaines, Gestion, Comptabilité, Droit social ou domaine équivalent.
Formation / Diplômes
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des SIRH (Systèmes d’Information des Ressources Humaines) et des logiciels de gestion de paie. Excellente maîtrise du paquet MS Office (Excel avancé, Word, PowerPoint). Maîtrise de la réglementation sociale applicable et des pratiques de paie en contexte d’entreprise. Connaissance des normes ISO 14001 et 45001.
Responsabilités
Compétences personnelles : Contrôle et fiabilité des calculs de paie. Conformité légale et sens du détail. Organisation, gestion des priorités et respect des échéances. Communication et coordination interservices. Discrétion et éthique professionnelle. Rigueur, capacité à travailler avec des délais serrés. Confidentialité et sens des responsabilités.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : Au moins 7 ans d’expérience en gestion des ressources humaines. Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de paie, idéalement dans le secteur de la construction ou minière. Instructions
