Position : Office Administrator - Accra
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves the day-to-day management of administrative operations, the coordination of internal and external communications, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be professional and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office.
Coordinate communication between different departments and with external partners.
Organize and schedule meetings, events, and business trips.
Maintain and update administrative files and databases.
Manage office supplies and ensure their timely replenishment.
