The company specializes in efficient cargo handling, international shipping coordination, and reliable delivery services between the UK and Ghana.

To strengthen our Ghana operations, we are seeking to hire highly disciplined and experienced Delivery Personnel.

 

Position Summary

The Delivery Personnel is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of goods to customers, ensuring excellent service and full accountability for all assigned items.

 

The role is critical to:

Last-mile delivery execution 

Customer satisfaction 

Protection of company assets 

Accurate documentation and reporting 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Pre-Dispatch Preparation

Confirm assigned delivery areas with the Operations Manager 

Liaise with assigned driver on daily schedule 

Collect, verify, and sort all delivery items 

Ensure: Correct items, Correct quantities, No visible damage and Complete documentation before dispatch 

2. Loading & Accountability

Be present and actively involved during loading 

Verify all items against delivery manifest 

Ensure proper handling and secure loading 

 Accountability for all items begins at the point of loading

3. Delivery Execution

Deliver items to customers accurately and on time 

Ensure deliveries are completed same day where feasible 

Deliver items in original condition 

Ensure: Correct recipient verification, No missed deliveries, No damage to goods
