The role requires efficiency, reliability, and excellent customer service while ensuring all deliveries are handled with care. Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver items to customers promptly and accurately Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery Verify delivery details such as addresses, contact information, and order contents Handle packages carefully to avoid damage during transit Maintain regular communication with dispatch or customers regarding delivery status Collect payments where necessary and issue receipts Ensure the motorcycle/bike is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition Conduct daily checks on fuel, oil, tires, and brakes Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations Keep accurate records of deliveries, payments, and expenses Report any delays, accidents, or mechanical issues immediately Requirements: Valid rider’s license Proven experience as a delivery rider is an advantage Good knowledge of local routes and navigatio Ability to use GPS or delivery apps Strong time management and organizational skills Good communication and customer service skills Physically fit and able to handle deliveries efficiently Preferred Qualifications: Experience in logistics, courier, or food delivery services Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance Familiarity with mobile payment systems Location : Accra Salary : Attractive Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
