Mission: To guarantee the technical quality and profitability of Cleaning services, from the visit before estimate to the delivery of the site, and to build teams of competent and reliable agents.
Standards, methods and safety
Define and update cleaning protocols by site type: offices, restaurants and kitchens, residences and Airbnb, facades, end of construction.
Enforce the rules of hygiene, health and safety compliance (products, gestures, protective equipment).
Choose the methods and rates of work adapted to each site.
Monitoring of construction sites and quality control
Regularly monitor current sites with a standard control grid.
Handle non-conformities and technical complaints with the Customer Manager, and implement corrections.
Provide a monthly report to the Directorate-General: quality, incidents, consumption of products.
Visits before quote and pre-quote
Location
Visit the sites of prospects: surfaces, inventory, constraints of access and schedules, level of requirement.
Establish the pre-quote with the calculation of charges: labor (number of agents and hours), products, equipment, transport.
Send the pre-quote to the Customer Manager for the commercial proposal.
Purchase of products and equipment
Identify the needs for products, equipment and consumables of all construction sites.
Select suppliers, compare prices, negotiate and place orders in the budget validated by the General Management.
Manage inventory and equipment renewal, and track costs by site.
Recruitment and supervision of cleaning agents
Recruit agents with the Personnel Manager: define needs, test candidates on a professional gesture, give technical advice.
Train new agents in cleaning protocols and products, then accompany them to the field.
Organize teams and assignments by site with the Personnel Manager, who keeps administrative management (contracts, payroll, social coverage).

We are looking for a cleaning professional, both technical, organized and able to manage teams and a budget.

•Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
•Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
•Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
•Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
•Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
•A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
