Back to listing Posted on 8 October 2026 RESPONSIBLE MAINTENANCE, LOGISTICS AND AVERAGE GENERAL Regular Full time Without telecommuting + 10 years of experience Level of study: Bac+4 French: Proficiency Sector of activity: Marketing & Digital Marketing > Service Delivery Job Address: Abidjan - Côte d’Ivoire Job Description: Under the responsibility of the Technical Manager, the Maintenance, Logistics and General Means Manager is responsible for managing equipment maintenance, logistics management and vehicle fleet, as well as the administration of general infrastructure and means. He/she also ensures compliance with HSE requirements and the performance of teams and operations. Main missions Maintenance

• Define and supervise the preventive and curative maintenance of the technical and industrial fleet: generators, compressors, welding stations, tools, vehicles, etc.
• Coordinate interventions in workshops and on construction sites to limit production stops.
• Manage the technical store and supply of spare parts.
• Keep up-to-date logbooks, intervention histories and technical documents. Logistics and fleet
• Plan the delivery of equipment, consumables and materials to construction sites.

Location

• Manage the fleet of vehicles and gear: assignment, geolocation, fuel consumption and availability.

Other information

• Ensure the administrative compliance of the fleet: technical visits, insurance, grey cards and other regulatory documents. General facilities and infrastructure
• Ensure the proper functioning and safety of infrastructure: electricity, air conditioning, plumbing and fire safety systems.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors: guarding, cleaning, maintenance, access providers and industrial waste management.
• Participate in the negotiation and monitoring of contracts.
• Optimize costs related to water, energy and general supplies. HSE and Compliance
• Ensure regulatory compliance of facilities and compliance with mandatory periodic inspections.
• Ensure the application of safety rules when using equipment and tools.
• Participate in awareness-raising actions on safety, attendance, discipline and wearing of PPE. Management and performance
• Supervise and organize the work of maintenance technicians, mechanics, drivers and maintenance agents.
• Develop and monitor budgets related to maintenance, logistics and general means.
• Define and analyze KPIs: equipment availability, maintenance costs, delivery times, etc.

Education / Qualifications

• Bac+4/5 in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, Maintenance, Logistics or equivalent training.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position, imperatively in industry, metallurgy or construction.
• Strong knowledge in mechanics, electricity and industrial maintenance.
• Good command of the Supply Chain and fleet management.
• Good knowledge of HSE standards and occupational safety regulations.
• Mastery of CMMS, Office Pack and ERP software.
• Skills in budget management, cost optimization and KPI monitoring.
• Leadership and good managerial skills.
• Rigor, responsiveness and a sense of organization.
• Analytical skills, ability to anticipate and solve technical problems.
