Consultant en pilotage, planification et gouvernance de projet
Bénin Digital, ESN spécialisée dans la digitalisation des processus métiers, recrute un consultant en pilotage, planification et gouvernance de projet.
Les projets informatiques conduits en cycle en V, en mode itératif ou selon une approche hybride nécessitent un pilotage structuré. Le consultant retenu aura pour mission de structurer ou d'améliorer le dispositif de pilotage du projet et de produire des livrables adaptés aux exigences du client.
Activités principales
Le poste implique de conseiller sur le choix de la méthode projet, d'élaborer la feuille de route, le macro-planning et le planning détaillé, ainsi que de définir des KPI automatisés et des tableaux de bord de suivi.
Compétences techniques requises
Une maîtrise des méthodes de gestion de projet (cycle en V, Agile) est attendue, tout comme la planification et l'analyse (WBS, chemin critique, jalonnement), la gestion économique et opérationnelle (suivi des coûts, délais) et la pratique des outils Microsoft Project Server, Jira et Excel.
Le candidat doit disposer d'un niveau Bac+5 en informatique ou en gestion de projet, ainsi que d'une expérience minimum de 7 ans pertinente. Des certifications reconnues telles que PMP ou PRINCE2 Practitioner sont également exigées.
