Localisation
Objet: Recrutement d’un Expert en Suivi et Evaluation pour le Projet PRIUR par la Cellule Infrastructures du Ministère des Infrastructures et Travaux Publics. Type de Contrat: CDD de 12 mois renouvelable
Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme d’études supérieures (BAC+5 ans) en économie, gestion et administration, sciences sociales, statistique, informatique, ingénierie ou équivalent. Compétences techniques :
Autres informations
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, SPSS, etc.).
- Connaissance des techniques pour la réalisation des ateliers participatifs. Compétences personnelles :
- Grande capacité d’initiative et excellent esprit de travail en équipe.
- Bonne capacité d’animation.
Expérience
- Minimum dix (10) ans d’expérience professionnelle générale.
- Minimum sept (7) ans d’expérience pratique en suivi-évaluation de projets.
- Avoir participé à l’élaboration d’au moins deux (2) rapports d’achèvement de projets.
- Avoir supervisé au moins deux (2) études d’impacts socio-économique.
- Expérience dans au moins deux (2) projets financés par un bailleur international (Banque mondiale, BAD, UE, etc.).
- Parler et écrire parfaitement le français (l’anglais est un atout). Instructions
