Nous recherchons dix (10) Experts Formateurs en Gestion des Ressources Humaines pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste implique la formation et le développement des compétences en gestion des ressources humaines, en travaillant dans un environnement dynamique et orienté vers l'excellence. La
consiste à accompagner les professionnels dans leur montée en compétences en gestion RH au sein de divers secteurs. Missions: Animer des formations sur la gestion des ressources humaines et le management. Concevoir des programmes de formation adaptés aux besoins des clients Évaluer les besoins en formation des entreprises et proposer des solutions adaptées. Assurer un suivi de la progression des stagiaires et ajuster les contenus pédagogiques si nécessaire. Participer à des sessions de conseil et d'accompagnement en gestion RH pour des clients variés.
